McKesson is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to define product performance tracking and portfolio insights for Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service, and Inventory Optimization technologies.

You will partner with Product, Data Insights, and Customer Success to shape data-driven decisions, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries while advancing AI-enabled operating models across McKesson Pharmacy System (MPS).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in product management, product operations, analytics, or related tech roles.
• Strong data analysis experience with Excel, SQL, Python or BI tools like Power BI, Looker, Tableau.
• Experience with AI-first product tools to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product performance tracking and KPI taxonomy across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain product dashboards; ensure data instrumentation and visualizations are accurate.
• Prepare executive-facing reports and templates grounded in data for leadership.
• Synthesize data across product areas to narrate insights and flag anomalies proactively.
• Champion AI-enabled workflows to improve product operations and productivity.
