This role sits at the intersection of product operations, data, and engineering to drive health reporting, dashboard infrastructure, and cadence. You will collaborate with Product, Data Insights, and Customer Success to accelerate data-driven decisions and growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in product management, product operations, analytics, or related tech roles.
• Strong data analysis with Excel, SQL, Python or BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
• Experience with AI-first product tools (Claude, Rovo, Figma).
• Ability to synthesize data into clear narratives for executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement product performance tracking and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Engineering for instrumentation and data access.
• Prepare executive summaries and KPI templates grounded in data.
• Aggregate VOC data using AI for themes and patterns.
• Monitor competitive landscape and surface insights for leadership.
• Champion AI-enabled productivity across the product organization.
