Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Product Operations Analyst to define product performance tracking and portfolio insights across Pharmacy Management, Clinical Service and Inventory Optimization.

You will work at the intersection of product operations, data, and engineering to drive dashboards, data methodologies, and actionable insights, collaborating with Product, Data Insights, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in product management, product operations, analytics, or related tech roles.
• Experience with Claude, Rovo, Figma or equivalent AI-first product tools.
• Strong data analysis with Excel, SQL, R, Python or BI tools like Power BI/Looker/Tableau.
• Strong metrics fluency, dashboard reporting infrastructure, and prioritization frameworks.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and storytelling to influence leadership.

Responsibilities

• Maintain KPI taxonomy for product health metrics across the portfolio.
• Build and maintain product performance dashboards with accurate instrumentation.
• Prepare executive summaries and KPI tracking templates grounded in data.
• Aggregate VOC data using AI-powered analysis to surface themes and patterns.
• Collaborate with PMs and leaders to drive data-driven decisions and accountability.
