Qualifications

10+ years of experience leading talent acquisition.
Strong leadership and business partnering with senior leaders.
Deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Experience implementing Workday Recruiting or comparable ATS.
Experience using AI-enabled recruiting tools.
Analytical capability and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead the global Talent Acquisition function across a broad team or portfolio.
Partner with senior leaders, HRBPs, budget stakeholders to align workforce plans and hiring strategy.
Lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of Workday Recruiting.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment across roles and regions.
Define and evolve an AI-enabled sourcing and recruiting strategy.
Drive process standardization, ATS optimization, and analytics.
Establish and track metrics for efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish standards for responsible and ethical use of AI in hiring.
Lead change management and recruiter development.
