Job summary

Crux AI, a U.S.-based integrated AI infrastructure company, seeks an FP&A Analyst in a hybrid role based in California. You will support monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and financial analysis to inform executive decisions as the business scales.

You will build and maintain planning models, collaborate with data center operations, energy, and engineering teams, and help implement scalable FP&A processes in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of FP&A, accounting, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including financial modeling, formulas, and data manipulation.
• Bonus points for experience with financial planning tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion) BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) or ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Budgeting Support: assist monthly forecasting and annual budgeting with timelines and templates.
• Financial Analysis: perform variance analysis and explain drivers to leadership.
• Reporting: help prepare monthly financial reports, summaries, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Data Management: help build and maintain the planning platform with data validation and integrity.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with operations, energy, and engineering to align assumptions.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline recurring tasks and improve reporting.
