Qualifications

• 10 years of software development experience, Python or similar languages.
• Lead developer for complex Conversational AI and CX applications with production-grade workflows.
• Architect and code conversational flows integrating with live infrastructure and security perimeters.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP) and Terraform for resource deployment.
• Experience building multi-agent systems using frameworks like ReAct and self-reflection.
• Ability to trace conversations across microservices to resolve issues in real time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI pilots, translating prototypes into production-scale solutions.
• Design eval pipelines and observability for high-performance AI workloads with low latency.
• Collaborate with customer engineers at large accounts to establish CUJs and reusable modules.
• Mentor teammates with best practices and ensure long-term project success and adoption.
