Job summary

Elevation Capital seeks a commercially driven Chief Financial Officer to lead finance across its family office and portfolio companies. You will partner with the founder to shape strategy, allocate capital, drive AI-enabled finance, and position the business for a significant exit.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in executive finance, a track record with founders, and deep experience in high-growth consumer products, with hands-on leadership in lean environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of executive finance leadership experience (CFO/VP Finance or equivalent).
• Proven experience partnering directly with founders or entrepreneurial CEOs.
• Experience leading capital raises, debt financings, refinancing initiatives, or other strategic funding events.
• Significant experience in consumer packaged goods or another high-growth consumer products environment.
• AI-forward finance with automation, dashboards, and modern finance technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Founder to build and scale a category-leading consumer packaged goods business with potential for significant exit.
• Lead financial strategy, including FP&A, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, reporting, cash management, and capital allocation.
• Drive commercial decision making across pricing, marketing ROI, customer profitability, distribution, and margin improvement.
• Build financial models supporting expansion, acquisitions, financing initiatives, and strategic investments.
• Lead the transformation of finance through AI, automation, dashboards, and modern technology.
• Build KPI frameworks that improve accountability and executive decision making.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing finance organization.
• Manage banking relationships, audit, tax, compliance, insurance, and external financial partners.
• Prepare the business for future capital raises, acquisitions, partnerships, and exit opportunities.
