Job summary

Exante360, Inc. is seeking a Director of BIM Technology and Digital Delivery to lead BIM standards, governance, and automated QA/QC across multiple projects. The role combines hands-on technical mastery with strategic leadership to advance a scalable, AI-forward BIM environment.

The ideal candidate will own templates, content, workflows, and ensure delivery quality using BIM tools such as Revit, Dynamo, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, while collaborating with production teams and executives.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressively responsible BIM, VDC, or digital delivery experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of BIM standards, templates, content governance, and QA/QC.
• Experience diagnosing advanced technical issues and leading automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own firmwide BIM standards, templates, and content governance.
• Develop and implement BIM QA/QC methodology with automated and human checks.
• Lead model coordination, clash avoidance, and data-driven delivery improvements.
• Evaluate and implement BIM-delivery tools (Revit API, Dynamo, AC Cloud, Navisworks).
