Job summary

Exante360, Inc. is seeking a Director of BIM Technology and Digital Delivery in Newport Beach, CA to lead BIM standards and digital delivery across projects, with hands-on technical leadership.

You will drive QA/QC, model coordination, and automation, evaluating Revit API, Dynamo, and Autodesk Construction Cloud, while enabling scalable workflows and AI-enhanced processes.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of BIM, VDC, or digital-delivery experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Revit & Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Ability to diagnose advanced technical issues and define standards.
• Proven ownership of BIM standards, templates, and governance.
• Experience applying AI, automation, or data analytics to optimize delivery.
• Experience integrating BIM with automated QA/QC and cross-discipline coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own firmwide BIM standards, templates, families, parameters, and model-health requirements.
• Establish a controlled process for BIM standards development and maintenance.
• Define minimum BIM requirements by project type and client.
• Maintain source of truth for current standards.
• Develop BIM-specific QA/QC methodology and automate reviews.
• Lead audits of models, drawing sets, and content.
• Identify recurring failures and convert lessons into standards or automation.
• Build automated workflows with BIM automation tools.
• Provide advanced technical support for Revit, model coordination, and interoperability.
• Develop structured training tied to Exante360 standards.
• Coordinate across ICT, security, consultants, and design disciplines.
• Translate production pain points into business requirements for Orbit, Gyro360, and related tools.
• Evaluate Revit API, Dynamo, and related technologies.
• Establish governance for automated outputs and sustainable workflows.
