Job summary

Augrade - Accelerate Construction seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to apply deep BIM design expertise to AI-powered building workflows. You will shape how buildings are generated, validated, and documented across disciplines.

You will lead complex projects, coordinate Architecture, Structural, and MEP BIM models in Revit, and collaborate with AI researchers and product teams to ensure design quality, code compliance, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 14–20 years of experience delivering complex building projects.
• Active U.S. professional license (PE/RA) in Architecture, Structural, Mechanical, Plumbing/HVAC, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Strong BIM expertise with Revit and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to stamp construction drawings independently.

Responsibilities

• Design buildings and building systems from concept to detailed design.
• Coordinate BIM models across Architecture, Structural, and MEP.
• Deliver high-quality project work across commercial and infrastructure.
• Apply engineering expertise to improve AI-generated designs, validation rules, and automated design workflows.
• Collaborate with AI researchers, software engineers, and product teams to translate engineering knowledge into scalable systems.
• Evaluate design quality, constructability, code compliance, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Support client engagements, communicate technical recommendations, and represent our platform in project discussions.
• Help define best practices for AI-enabled design and BIM execution.
