• 2–3 years of hands-on advanced analytics and data science experience; forecasting in pharma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain forecasting models using statistical and ML techniques.
• Translate business questions into analytical and forecasting solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Market Access and Analytics teams to inform planning.
• Monitor model performance and communicate results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for models, processes, and workflows.
