Job summary

Talanto is seeking a UX Director to lead the Product Design & Research org through an AI-native rebuild. You will set design strategy at the executive level, reshape daily operations, and model AI-first leadership in practice.

Reporting to the CPO, this role influences product direction, drives cross-functional speed, and governs design systems to scale enterprise workflows with accessibility first.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of UX or product design leading organizational change.
• Proven design strategy at executive level, incl. hiring senior talent.
• B2B SaaS background with enterprise buying cycles and deep user research.
• Hands-on fluency in AI-augmented design workflows with specifics.

Responsibilities

• Own design strategy and multi-quarter vision across platforms and AI lines.
• Rebuild operating model with decentralized pods embedded in product tracks.
• Make the team AI builders, designing against the codebase in practice.
• Set cross-functional speed with fast AI-enabled collaboration.
• Govern design systems as infrastructure to accelerate velocity.
• Drive B2B design excellence for complex workflows with WCAG 2.2 default.
• Embed research and data using usability tests and analytics for roadmaps.
• Hire and grow designers; foster direct, constructive feedback culture.
