This role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, requires collaboration across teams, and a strong focus on regulatory compliance and user trust.

Qualifications

• Experience designing consumer-facing digital products.
• Ability to incorporate AI-assisted tools into design workflow.
• Strong communication of design decisions to partners and leadership.
• Experience in regulated environments or financial products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for trading products from concepts to launch.
• Collaborate with product, design, eng, and research to define direction.
• Use large language models to explore ideas and clarify user needs.
• Create and iterate prototypes with engineers to production.
• Translate complex financial/AI concepts into intuitive interfaces.
• Present work to cross-functional partners and leadership; iterate on feedback.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
