Qualifications

• Experience designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally mobile-first.
• Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini) in design workflow.
• Comfort with AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to take projects from ambiguous problem spaces to clear, executable design solutions.
• Experience in regulated environments or financial products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for trading products from concepts through launch.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research to define direction and UX.
• Use large language models to explore ideas, clarify user needs, and align direction.
• Create and iterate on prototypes, shaping flows and interactions with engineers.
• Translate complex financial and AI concepts into clear, intuitive interfaces.
• Present design work to cross-functional partners and leadership, incorporating feedback.
