Job summary

The company is hiring a Product Designer for Agentic Trading, a fast-moving team building the future of automated trading. You’ll collaborate across design, engineering, and research to create AI-driven trading experiences for consumers worldwide.

You’ll define interaction models, lead design from exploration to launch, and translate complex financial and AI concepts into clear interfaces while navigating regulatory challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience designing consumer-facing digital products, mobile-first is preferred.
• Familiar with AI-assisted design workflows.
• Comfortable using LLMs like ChatGPT or Gemini in design process.
• Ability to translate complex financial/AI concepts into intuitive UI.
• Experience in regulated environments or financial products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for trading products from early concepts through launch.
• Collaborate with product, creative, engineers, and researchers to define direction and UX.
• Use LLMs to explore ideas, clarify needs, and align direction.
• Create and iterate on prototypes, shaping flows and interactions with engineers.
• Translate complex financial and AI concepts into clear interfaces.
• Present work to partners and leadership and iterate on feedback.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
