Job summary

- Experience delivering reliability improvements and proactive incident management.
- Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for Technology Operations aligned to business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering innovation and operational excellence.
- Drive AI-enabled auto-healing, triage, and automated resolution to reduce manual intervention.
- Define OKRs and success metrics for reliability, MTTR, and efficiency.
- Oversee change and release management, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.
