Job summary

Cisco Cloud Security group seeks a Technical Program Manager to drive AI-first program delivery for cloud security initiatives. You will collaborate with software engineers to embed AI/ML capabilities, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

You will lead cross-functional teams across security and engineering, applying hybrid Agile/Waterfall practices, and communicating effectively with executives and stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's + 8 years, or Master's + 6 years, or PhD + 3 years of complex program management in software/cloud environments.
• 3+ years applying AI/ML tools, GenAI assistants, and intelligent automation to program management.
• 3+ years coordinating cross-functional projects with distributed teams.
• Experience with Lean Enterprise/Agile/Kanban and supporting tools.
• Experience with defect tracking apps like JIRA and business apps such as Word, Excel, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Bring deep Technical Program Management expertise with an AI-first vision to accelerate delivery across teams.
• Support, track and manage complex program execution and cross-functional communications.
• Track cross-functional dependencies and manage deliverables within Cisco Security.
• Provide issue resolution, risk management, and clear communication.
• Lead day-to-day program activities to meet objectives and timelines.
• Review changes and balance engineering resources with operational improvements.
• Provide weekly status updates across contributors to executives.
• Embed AI/ML tools and intelligent automation into planning, reporting and risk detection.
• Partner with engineering to plan and deliver AI/ML-powered features with data-driven insights.
