Job summary

You will partner with software engineers to plan and deliver AI-first cloud security features, applying CI/CD practices and data-informed decision making across multiple programs. In this fast-paced role, you will manage complex schedules, resolve issues, track dependencies, and provide weekly status updates to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years, or Master’s degree plus 6 years, or PhD plus 3 years in complex program management (preferred in software cloud environments).
• Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Strong problem solving and cross-functional leadership.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Bring AI-first technical program management to accelerate delivery.
• Support, track and manage complex program execution across teams.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies within Cisco Security.
• Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management.
• Drive day-to-day program activities to meet objectives.
• Review changes and weigh tradeoffs between resources and improvements.
• Provide weekly updates to executives across contributors.
• Drive AI/ML tools and automation to streamline planning and reporting.
• Partner with engineering to deliver AI/ML-powered features with data-driven insights.
