Job summary

Google Seattle is hiring a Technical Program Manager III to lead cross-functional efforts in Cloud AI Security and Abuse. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with executives and engineers to align technical tradeoffs with business goals.

You will drive large-scale programs across Cloud AI, engage with enterprise clients, and coordinate rapid responses to security incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in enterprise security.
• Experience with customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs across Cloud AI to deliver critical product protections and mitigate emerging threats in generative and agentic AI.
• Act as a key liaison for enterprise clients, understanding their security requirements and ensuring defenses shield customers and users from harm.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer-facing escalations related to Cloud AI abuse, providing timely communications on incident response and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and drive rapid response for high-priority AI security incidents, and track the implementation of sustainable long-term solutions.
• Establish and drive a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing metrics to measure impact, identify inefficiencies, and refine processes.
