Job summary

Copado is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) for Copado Agentia to act as a technical advisor and extension of the customer's delivery team. You will drive AI-forward platform adoption, optimize release delivery, and guide customers through complex DevOps pipelines with Copado tools and integrations.

This role requires hands-on guidance with metadata pipelines, source format pipelines, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for Signature Success and Success+ customers.
• Perform platform health checks and optimize pipelines.
• Provide hands-on guidance on Copado pipelines (Source Format & Metadata).
• Guide pipeline design and release governance across environments.
• Advise on Salesforce metadata management best practices.
• Support DevOps integrations with Git and Jira.
• Deliver enablement sessions and documentation for customers.
• Drive AI-first adoption in release workflows.
