Job summary

eNGINE is hiring two AI Engineers who genuinely want to build software differently. This role centers on using AI as a core part of how you design, build, and ship code.

You will work across the stack and push for AI-driven improvements in real engineering workflows. Expect to design and build applications with Java, Python, and Spring Boot, automate routine work, and evaluate new AI tools that earn a lasting place in the workflow.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Python and Spring Boot.
• Financial services industry experience is a plus.
• Hands-on use of AI tools to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building AI-enabled applications with Java, Python and Spring Boot.
• Taking projects from design through deployment and production support.
• Integrating AI/ML capabilities and connecting APIs to enable LLM-driven features.
• Participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and continuous delivery.
• Collaborating with product managers and engineers to share learnings and improve workflows.
