CI&T is seeking an AI-First Mid-Level Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable, cloud-native software that leverages AI, including TensorFlow and PyTorch. You will own services end-to-end, drive efficiency, and collaborate across global teams in a flexible, fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes AI-driven automation, code quality, and rapid delivery, with a strong focus on Java and Python, Azure, and modern SDLC practices. Join a global team delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Java and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Strong experience with Azure Databricks, Apache Spark, and Delta Lake.
• Proven experience designing and developing enterprise-grade microservices and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Git, automated testing frameworks, and Agile software development.
• Messaging (Kafka / Azure Event Hub / Azure Service Bus).
• Experience in AI projects, including ML, NLP, or computer vision is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced/fluent English communication skills.
