Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools to build non-trivial functionality.
• Experience with Java and Spring, React, SQL, or NoSQL databases.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, recently completed or expected before start date.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features with AI coding agents using Claude Code and similar tools.
• Work across stack: Java/Spring services, MySQL, and TypeScript/React frontend.
• Write tests and acceptance criteria that tell an agent when a feature is done.
• Review and ship your code with the team.
• Flag skills and guardrails that fail you and help improve them.
• Monitor metrics after release and learn from feedback.
