Job summary

Lorikeet is building AI-first customer support tools that resolve tickets at scale for fintechs, healthtechs, marketplaces, and delivery services. You’ll craft the UI/UX, capabilities, and data models, working closely with engineers to move ideas from concept to production.

Day-to-day, you’ll own problems end-to-end, collaborating with coding agents as a central part of development, and applying engineering judgment to ship robust solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience shipping code at a top-tier engineering organisation.
• Experience shipping code at a startup or company with high engineering standards.
• Excited to work with a top-calibre team on genuinely novel AI problems.
• Comfortable working with coding agents as a core development workflow.
