Job summary

Atlas Systems seeks a senior SharePoint Architect to lead enterprise-scale SharePoint and Microsoft 365 initiatives in a BFSI environment. The role focuses on platform strategy, modernization, governance, and AI-enabled collaboration across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years overall experience with 6+ years in SharePoint/M365, plus strong business analysis and leadership of onshore/offshore teams. On-site NY/NJ focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience with 6+ years in SharePoint / Microsoft 365.
• Hands-on SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps and Power Automate expertise.
• Experience leading enterprise SharePoint programs, modernization, governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Own the SharePoint/M365 platform roadmap and future-state architecture.
• Lead modernization and migration to SharePoint Online with governance and security standards.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and mentor delivery teams.
• Embed AI-first concepts (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents) into SharePoint and Power Platform.
• Architect end-to-end Power Platform RPAs and automate processes.
• Perform architecture reviews, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications.
