Paychex is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Optimization Enablement for Digital Sales (SurePayroll). You will lead the Revenue Optimization Enablement Development team and drive a shift to AI-first analytics that proactively detects problems, diagnoses root causes, and recommends actions across multiple business lines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
Master’s degree preferred.
7+ years in digital analytics and data-driven decision making in payroll.
5+ years of supervisory experience.
5+ years of technical experience with databases and data warehousing.
3+ years of Salesforce and its reporting tools.
Strong technical aptitude with data analysis.
Effective leadership and problem-solving abilities.
