Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field required.
• Master's Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 7 years of experience in Digital Analytics and data-driven decision making in the Payroll Industry.
• 5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent.
• 5 years of experience with databases and data warehousing concepts/tools.
• 3 years of experience with Salesforce and its reporting tools.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data strategy to drive revenue and customer growth.
• Recruit, hire, and manage a team of developers and foster a data-driven culture.
• Build AI-first decision intelligence across multiple business lines and automate analytical workflows.
• Shift to reusable data pipelines and shared analytic capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and finance to translate data into decisions.
• Define digital analytics techniques to extract meaningful insights and enable evidence-based decisions.
• Ensure data strategies comply with regulatory requirements and industry challenges.
