Job summary

Enter is hiring a Customer Success Manager — AI-First Revenue Cycle Management to serve as a trusted partner for healthcare clients while applying AI-driven automation to modernize the revenue cycle. You will own account relationships, become an expert on each client’s revenue cycle, and lead onboarding, migrations, and cross-functional initiatives with Product and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Real RCM knowledge beyond buzzwords and understanding of claims, payers, adjudication, and posting.
• Ability to communicate with billers, managers, CFOs, and executives with confidence.
• Strong instincts for root causes and scalable automation solutions.
• Excellent organization to manage complex implementations and projects.
• Experience using AI tools and automation day-to-day in customer work.
• Curiosity to understand why processes fail and how tech can fix them.

Responsibilities

• Own account relationships with healthcare clients and lead frequent meetings and reviews.
• Become expert on customers' revenue cycles, payer mix, and point-of-failure areas.
• Investigate RCM issues at scale and identify root causes.
• Manage onboarding timelines, migrations, and feature rollouts.
• Operate AI workflows using Enter tools and automation to reduce manual work.
• Translate RCM problems into configurations, rules, and workflows.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to prioritize automation opportunities.
• Monitor revenue cycle performance and identify opportunities to improve collections.
