Job summary

GreenSky, a leading technology company powering commerce at the point of sale, seeks a Senior Product Manager in a fast-paced AI-native pod. You will own product areas end-to-end, from research to prototyping and delivery, within a small team that includes a Tech Lead and QA Lead.

You will work with AI tools daily, drive outcomes and velocity, and collaborate with Sales, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Engineering to ensure secure and compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with fintech/payments experience.
• Daily fluency with AI prototyping tools.
• Velocity bias with quick iteration cycles.
• Strong written product instincts (PRDs, memos).
• Experience in small pod or squad model.
• Knowledge of Agile and modern product operating model.
• Cross-functional partnership with Sales, Risk, Compliance, Legal.
• Understanding of responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Prototype before you spec using AI tools to generate working prototypes within hours.
• Own an outcome with quarterly metrics and pod velocity.
• Operate inside a pod, conducting discovery, research, and spec-to-story work.
• Drive the operating model forward with AI tooling standards and reusable context packs.
