Accenture is building a new portfolio of AI-powered software products. This role leads small autonomous teams to discover, define, and ship AI-native products from zero to one, with direct customer exposure and fast decision cycles.

You will shape product strategy, collaborate with design and engineering, and ensure high-quality customer outcomes while leveraging AI to accelerate research and decision making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or digital platforms.
• 8+ years leading products from concept through launch, adoption, and optimization.
• 2+ years building, launching, or managing AI-native products as part of day-to-day product management responsibilities.
• 2+ years delivering products that leverage LLMs, AI agents, retrieval systems, or tool integrations.
• 2+ years evaluating AI product performance, including model capabilities, limitations, reliability, and cost considerations.
• 8+ years partnering with engineers, UX designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver production software.
• 8+ years conducting customer discovery, user research, or market analysis to identify opportunities.
• 8+ years simplifying complex business processes into scalable product solutions.
• 8+ years defining product strategy, roadmaps, and tradeoffs in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Discover important customer problems and identify where a product can create repeatable value.
• Define product vision, strategy, and near-term thesis for the area.
• Build AI-native products focusing on agented capabilities and trusted outputs.
• Lead zero-to-one development from discovery to production launch.
• Own end-to-end product quality, usability, and reliability.
• Validate demand and commercial value with design partners and customers.
• Own adoption, retention, and business value after launch.
• Operate AI-native workflows with tooling, prompts, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
• Raise the product bar with clear decisions and strong judgment.
