Accenture is seeking an exceptionally capable AI-native product designer to own experiences from zero to one and through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement. You will work with product managers and engineers to define problems, shape strategy, and design trusted, intuitive AI-driven experiences.

You will lead across onboarding, core workflows, and agent interactions, employing strong interaction design, systems thinking, and visual craft.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum 8 years designing software products or complex enterprise workflows.
Experience leading AI-native product design from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

Shape the product from discovery to strategy, defining customer problems and experience direction.
Design AI-native experiences with agents, models, and workflows for clarity and trust.
Simplify complex enterprise workflows into coherent, intuitive experiences.
Prototype early and often to learn from customers and partners.
Own end-to-end experience across onboarding, core workflows, and collaboration.
Set high quality standards for interaction and visual design.
Collaborate closely with engineers throughout implementation and testing.
Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate research and design work.
Engage with customers and domain experts to refine product decisions.
Operate AI-native workflows and contribute to design systems and principles.
