Job summary

Luminary is seeking a Product Lead in New York to spearhead a multidisciplinary team that builds industry-leading wealth management products. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and shape the product roadmap for a complex, AI-driven platform used by RIAs, wealth managers, and institutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech.
• Experience owning a significant product roadmap from inception to launch for a complex multi-product platform.
• Data-informed mindset with ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Strong communication and writing skills for collaboration across functions.
• Outstanding UX/UI sensibilities and user-centric mindset.
• Technical fluency to discuss constraints with engineers and earn their respect.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for your area in partnership with the CPO and executive team.
• Understand RIAs, institutional clients, and ultra-high-net-worth workflows.
• Collaborate with design and engineering to build intuitive products for wealth managers and asset owners.
• Engage directly with customers to uncover pain points and opportunities.
• Work with subject matter experts to specify detailed feature requirements.
• Own and track your team’s success metrics.
