Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Product Analyst for Remitly Borrow to blend rigorous, AI‑first analysis with hands‑on product ownership. You’ll analyze customer behavior, define the roadmap slice, and build data systems to empower cross‑functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.

You will own end‑to‑end product opportunities, run experiments, and leverage AI‑first tools to speed insights. This role provides a path toward product leadership while reinforcing a secure remittance experience.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in product analytics or quantitative/product roles, ideally fintech/e‑commerce.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with data modeling experience.
• Fluency with AI‑first tools and workflows.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior across the product lifecycle using an AI‑first approach.
• Own a slice of the product roadmap end to end—from opportunity to shipping and post‑launch results.
• Build and maintain robust analytical systems (data models, dashboards, self‑serve tooling).
• Work in an AI‑first way to accelerate analysis and surface insights faster.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design and interpret A/B tests and guide roadmap prioritization.
• Drive AI‑first segmentation and lifecycle analysis for personalization opportunities.
• Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaign measurement and attribution.
