Job summary

Zelis Healthcare, LLC is seeking an Operations Lead to own the Agile PMO operating model, set delivery governance standards, and drive AI-first transformation across Price Tech. This role shapes how teams operate at scale, influencing delivery outcomes beyond a single product line.

Responsibilities include PDLC governance, change management, and building templates, runbooks, and tooling to improve efficiency. Collaboration with HR and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires strong ability to define and implement operating models for large teams.
• Proven experience with Agile delivery and SDLC governance.
• Experience driving change management and AI tooling adoption at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the Agile PMO operating model: structure, workflows, cadences, and metrics.
• Define and maintain delivery standards and governance across product lines.
• Lead organizational change management for PDLC, AI tooling, and team reorganizations.
• Build and maintain PDLC governance infrastructure: intake gates, templates, tooling, training.
• Define operational health metrics and deliver executive-ready reporting.
