Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage activities within established guidelines, ensuring compliance and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex operational problems.
• Design and develop process enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Lead small projects or segments of larger initiatives related to operational improvements.
• Review workflows for efficiency and propose data-backed enhancements.
• Maintain SOPs and process documentation for team use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align deliverables.
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Conduct complex data analysis to support management decisions.
• Support implementation of new operational tools and provide guidance to junior team members.
