Job summary

Pinterest is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to lead Identity & Product Safety programs across the platform, owning multi-year roadmaps from sign-up to everyday use. You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, Trust & Safety, Operations, Policy and Legal to design scalable identity, access controls, and anti-abuse measures, using AI to accelerate execution while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management driving large cross-functional engineering programs.
• Experience in trust & safety, security, identity, integrity, or related problem spaces at consumer or enterprise scale.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to ramp up quickly on complex technical domains and collaborate with senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead company-level Identity & Product Safety programs and multi-year roadmaps.
• Own programs that cross teams, modernizing identity and access and reducing bot activity.
• Design and ship mechanisms to protect users from scams, fraud, and abuse.
• Partner with engineers and data teams to use AI to accelerate program execution while maintaining safety.
• Build durable protections and cross-functional governance with clear metrics.
