Job summary

TrendMicro's TrendAI unit is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the Identity Security roadmap and product strategy. You will align human, non-human, and AI-identity workstreams to deliver a cohesive security experience across IAM platforms such as Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta, and Google Workspace.

You will spearhead prioritization, build business cases, and partner with security research, engineering, and customers to validate direction and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience defining product requirements for IAM-related discovery and governance
• Ability to translate threat research into concrete product requirements
• Experience aligning with Security Research and Engineering teams
• Experience working with IAM platforms and identity signals

Responsibilities

• Own the Identity Security roadmap across human identity, non-human identity, and AI agent identity
• Define and prioritize the identity risk signals for posture scoring and real-time threat detection
• Lead product requirements for NHI discovery, secrets exposure, and entitlement governance
• Lead product definition for AI agent identity, including trust models and risk scoring
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security Research, MSSP partners, and AI platform providers to ship capabilities
• Engage with enterprise customers to validate roadmap priorities against real identity threat patterns
