Workday, Inc. is seeking a senior cybersecurity and GRC leader to drive enterprise-wide programs from concept to execution. You will partner with Legal, GCO, Product, Platform and Cybersecurity to shape AI-related risk responses and strategic governance initiatives.

The role emphasizes translating complex risk into clear executive communications, building trusted relationships with leadership, and delivering measurable improvements in governance and security posture.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 12 years experience as a GRC or business leader.
• Minimum of 10+ years experience in GRC domains, regulatory landscapes, and GRC technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Information Security, or related field; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise-wide cybersecurity programs including, but not limited to, the cybersecurity communications program.
• Architect strategic C&T transformational programs with the leadership team and drive process design.
• Develop internal automation and cybersecurity solutions to ensure adoption and effectiveness at scale.
• Define and implement AI-first operational transformation and governance tooling.
