Job summary

CFGI is seeking a Cybersecurity GRC & AI Governance Senior Manager to lead and deliver advisory engagements strengthening clients’ security governance, risk and privacy programs, with a focus on AI governance and regulatory readiness. The role requires executive-level communication, practice leadership, and hands-on delivery across multiple client workstreams.

Qualifications

8+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity GRC, privacy, governance, risk management, or consulting.
Expertise implementing and operationalizing cybersecurity frameworks and control programs such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001/27002, SOC 2, CIS.
Experience with AI governance frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO 42001) and AI risk management.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end GRC and privacy engagements, including scoping, planning, execution, and executive reporting.
Design and operationalize cybersecurity governance models with policies, standards, and KPIs/KRIs.
Build and mature enterprise risk programs, including risk assessments and control testing approaches.
Lead AI governance engagements and ensure compliance with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO 42001.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and outcomes.
