Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to mold the data backbone of our Medicare Advantage platforms. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data architecture, integration, and modeling.
• 2+ years in health plan or healthcare data environments with CMS/HEDIS familiarity.
• Cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern architectures like data lakes/lakehouses.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern data architecture across systems and analytics environments for Medicare Advantage.
• Build and maintain conceptual to physical data models enabling risk adjustment and CMS reporting.
• Enforce data governance, data quality, and PHI/PII protection with audit readiness.
• Integrate structured/unstructured data from claims, EHRs, and external sources into pipelines.
• Define secure architecture meeting HIPAA, SOC 2 and regulatory requirements.
