Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building and scaling production agentic systems.
• Experience securing production AI systems against misuse and ensuring reliability as usage grows.
• Ability to own technical and product direction for a significant area and to ship and champion designs.

Responsibilities

• Set technical and product direction for a core area of Customer Agent from architecture to production.
• Tackle hardest technical problems in orchestration, evaluation, guardrails, memory & context, and non-deterministic failure handling.
• Write, review, and ship code; mentor through design reviews and establish reusable patterns across teams.
• Collaborate with product, design, data science, and go-to-market leaders to shape what gets built and its impact on users.
