This role is part of our growing Digital Analytics organization. Digital Analytics is a high‑impact team focused on delivering AI‑first analytics, real‑time insights, and personalization capabilities across our digital landscape to help business partners understand customer behavior, optimize experiences, and make confident, data‑driven decisions at scale.
The Lead Digital Analyst serves as the strategic analytics lead for the Employee Benefits and Corporate domains, partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive analytics strategy, priorities, and outcomes. This role combines deep hands‑on analytics expertise with leadership responsibility for stakeholder engagement, work prioritization, delivery oversight, quality standards, risk management, and business outcomes. In addition, the Lead Digital Analyst provides functional leadership and mentorship to a team of analysts, helping guide work allocation, analyst development, and delivery excellence while partnering with business and technology teams to deliver actionable insights and drive data‑informed decision making.
This is a lead analyst role, not a people manager role. The position provides functional leadership and accountability for analytics delivery, stakeholder outcomes, prioritization, quality standards, and analyst development while remaining actively engaged in hands‑on analytical work.
Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. The company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position.
Compensation The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short‑term or annual bonuses, long‑term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is: $110,400 - $165,600
