Job summary

Beast Industries, led by Jimmy Donaldson (MrBeast), seeks a Product Manager to own end-to-end data infrastructure and BI strategy in an AI-native environment. You will work with Analytics leadership, engineering, and business stakeholders to transform scattered data into a scalable system of record.

You will drive KPI reporting, adopt AI-enhanced insights, and partner with senior leadership to define architecture and metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data platform or BI product strategy end-to-end.
• Fluent in cloud data warehousing concepts and BI/ETL tooling.
• Experience using AI tools to widen access to insights.

Responsibilities

• Set strategy and roadmap for central data infrastructure and BI deployment.
• Inform architecture decisions using Cloud data warehousing knowledge.
• Own BI/ETL tooling and ensure scalable stack.
• Capture user workflows with requirements docs and SLAs.
• Prototype reporting capabilities to accelerate insights.
• Identify AI-based solutions to democratize insights for non-technical users.
• Translate business needs into testable engineering requirements.
