You will design scalable architectures, develop reusable components, and collaborate with product and design to ship high-quality experiences with performance and accessibility as priorities. This role blends leadership with hands-on engineering.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering with deep frontend experience.
• Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience building scalable frontend apps for large audiences.
• Ability to lead architectural discussions and make design decisions.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling and modern development workflows.
• Solid focus on accessibility, performance, and web standards.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable frontend architectures for complex web apps.
• Build and maintain reusable UI components and design-system integrations.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into polished experiences.
• Lead technical design discussions and own domain architecture.
