Job summary

Beast Industries is building a first-of-its-kind consumer membership ecosystem with a zero-to-one design mindset. As Lead Product Designer, you will shape the visual and experiential DNA for a platform reaching 100M+ users, powered by AI-first design.

You will own end-to-end design, collaborate with the CTO and leadership, and drive onboarding, retention loops, and in-app economy concepts while iterating rapidly with AI tools and a nimble team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record shipping consumer products or features with broad reach.
• Fluent with AI-enabled design workflows and token-based iteration.
• Experience in startup environments and scaling products to large user bases.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for a consumer app with high interactivity and gamified experiences.
• Partner with Director of Engineering to define team structure, workflow, and roadmap.
• Design and test onboarding flows, retention loops, and in-app economy concepts.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate design iterations and product delivery.
