Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a BDR Enablement Lead to own the curriculum and craft development of its business development organization. You will shape onboarding, sales foundations, ongoing skill development, and the pipeline playbooks that turn effort into meetings.

This role requires hands-on experience with prospecting tooling and AI-native workflows, coaching BDRs, and partnering with leadership to close skill gaps and build a scalable BDR-to-AE path—advancing Anthropic's AI safety mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enablement including time as a high-performing BDR or BDR manager.
• Mentorship and early-career development experience and passion.
• Rebuild prospecting motion around AI rather than bolting AI onto the old one.
• Hands-on with prospecting tooling and workflows you can implement.
• Able to teach fundamentals with energy on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own the BDR onboarding curriculum from day one to first meeting.
• Enable BDRs on AI-native prospecting workflows and tools.
• Develop and maintain pipeline generation playbooks across segments and motions.
• Lead ongoing skill development: cold calling, outreach, discovery, qualification.
• Certify BDRs on products, criteria, and messaging.
• Partner with BDR leadership to address skill gaps and interventions.
