TalentPerch in New York City or San Francisco is seeking an exceptional full-stack engineer to help build AI-native fintech infrastructure. You will own the full stack from architecture to UI, delivering real-time, high-throughput financial workflows with intelligent automation.

We value 5+ years in software engineering, strong React/TypeScript frontend, and robust backend experience (Python/Node.js/Go), plus a track record of 0→1 initiatives and fintech domain familiarity. Equity included.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture.
• Deep backend experience with Python, Node.js, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience designing and scaling APIs, distributed systems, and production services.
• Strong understanding of databases, data modeling, and system architecture.
• Experience owning meaningful 0→1 engineering initiatives.
• Strong product instincts and ability to make thoughtful technical tradeoffs.
• Fintech, payments, trading, banking infrastructure, or financial data platforms.
• AI agents, LLM-powered applications, or intelligent automation.
• Real-time data systems, event-driven architectures, or high-throughput infrastructure.
• Founding engineering or early-stage startup experience.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture powering financial workflows from backend to frontend.
• Design and scale APIs, distributed services, and production systems.
• Build fast, intuitive frontend experiences for complex data.
• Develop real-time, low-latency infrastructure for fintech products.
• Drive 0→1 initiatives from concept to production.
