Job summary

brightfin seeks an AI-native Product Director to own the roadmap and pricing for FinOps AI / ITFM+. You will land the initial AI SKU, engage design partners, and close early deals.

The role starts as an individual contributor, with growth toward VP, GTM for FinOps AI and eventual line-of-business P&L ownership. The candidate will define packaging, pricing for outcomes, and build the case for standalone AI SKU versus embedding AI into existing SKUs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product leadership with AI-native offerings.
• Experience in ITFM/TEM/FinOps or adjacent space with AI packaging/pricing.
• Proven track record taking AI-native product from MVP to $0–10M in revenue, including pricing an AI feature.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap and packaging for FinOps AI / ITFM+.
• Lead design partner engagements and pricing validation.
• Drive revenue from first dollar to ARR, then scale to GTM & P&L.
