Job summary

phData, a remote-first data and AI consultancy, seeks a Consulting Principal to lead advisory growth centered on Anthropic and AI FinOps. Advise executives on enterprise technology strategy, governance, and cost management, and shape repeatable offerings with measurable outcomes.

You will work with C-suite stakeholders, design strategy sessions, and co-create client engagements while scaling the advisory practice through partnerships, presales, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, strategy advisory, or senior enterprise tech leadership.
• Direct experience with FinOps spanning cloud financial mgmt and AI cost management.
• Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate strategy sessions.
• Experience leading organizational change tied to AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to customer executives on AI strategy, governance, and organizational change for Anthropic/Claude.
• Design and lead strategy sessions and advisory engagements covering AI operating model, governance, and FinOps for AI cost management.
• Grow the Anthropic-focused advisory pipeline and shape offerings customers want to buy.
• Partner with sales on presales, scoping advisory engagements, and direct customer pursuits.
• Oversee advisory engagements to ensure quality and measurable outcomes.
