Job summary

Brightfin, a remote-first technology leader in AI-native IT spend optimization, seeks an AI Product Director to land the initial AI SKU, engage with design partners, and drive revenue from zero to ARR. This solo-first role evolves into VP, GTM for FinOps AI as the pillar scales, with a focus on packaging and monetization.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment, proposing pricing and packaging strategies, and owning ICP definition, sales enablement, and competitive positioning before growing

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product leadership experience in AI-native products.

Responsibilities

• Define roadmap and pricing for FinOps AI / ITFM+, spanning cloud spend and AI cost/usage management.
• Own MVP development and design partner engagements during the pillar's earliest phase.
• Take the pillar from first dollar of revenue to meaningful ARR and plan the go-to-market motion.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
